Construction Superintendent (Roofing)

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with specialized experience in roofing for commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and project progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on roofing, encompassing a commercial project scope
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure productivity and efficiency on-site.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols specific to roofing (TPO, EPDM)
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
